A short, comprehensive guide to preventing RSI By Eliana Madison Before reading this book I thought of repetitive strain injuries as something that only happens to athletes or heavy laborers. Now I realize that my desk job also places me at risk! This book focuses mainly on various occupational injuries (although it would be a great read for athletes too) and includes risk factors, prevention and treatment. I am going to try standing and walking more often during the day to address the hip pain I sometimes get at work. Everyone should read this guide, even if they don't have any pain or injuries, because prevention is the best cure! Some minor grammar errors but I would highly recommend.

I have a family history of bad joints and many of my family members suffer, or have suffered from repetitive stress injuries of some sort. This book is a great guide to the differences between the various injuries, common misconceptions regarding them, some causes and some treatments. If you think that you may have a repetitive stress injury, or you have some sort of recurring injury, then this book is the ticket to quickly understanding what it may be that is ailing you.
