It goes on to say what to avoid the most to help your body lose weight. This book covers all you need to know in a well laid out plan that is easy to follow with no wasted words. As it was explained to me, in order to lose weight your body has to burn more calories than it takes in. This Kindle book is going to be a great help to me because all of the information for counting calories is contained in one book, rather than me having to search all over the internet for the number of calories I am eating.
