3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Want a Long Life? Read this Summary! By Kailey I loved this summary and analysis of Dan Buettner's "The Blue Zones Solution." This review summaries what the book is about, lists key takeaways and analyzes those key takeaways with additional information. I found this summary to be very interesting. I have a strong desire to live a long, healthy life, and I found it fascinating to read about how different communities around the world have a achieved this longevity. I highly recommend this book to those who want to change their lives for the better. I am more determined than ever to implement healthy food choices and regular exercise into my daily routine after reading this summary.
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. Don't waste your money! By William Harris This book is in my opinion worthless. The length and the level of content is less than you could find if you searched online for information on the blue zones. The prologue which includes a table of contents, title page etc. takes up 23% of the book. If you are a slow reader you should be able to read all of this book in 5 minutes. More importantly than the brevity of the book is the lack of any useful information that you cannot easily find online. While the subject matter of this book is certainly worthwhile this is definitely not the place to explore these findings.
3 of 3 people found the following review helpful. I want to live longer! By Eric Rojo A must read for anyone who is a lover of life and wants to live a full long life. Granted this is only a summary but, it is the first step in heading in a healthy directions. I had never really stopped and though about how poor of a lifestyle we have in the USA. No wonder our healthcare costs are through the roof, it's depressing. Several US cities have taken the challenge and it is turning their lifestyles around. I hope someday my city would implement this.
