By Blaine Hart I had heard a lot about the atkins diet recently and decided to see what all the talk was about. What I didn't realize was the science behind the diet. Re-programming your body to burn fat instead of carbohydrates is a really powerful ability all of our bodies has. I also like this diet because I strength train regularly, and the large amounts of protein in the diet allow for quicker muscle recovery and good strength gains. The list of foods and recipes was also a very nice addition to the book. If you want to lose some weight, check out this book!

Helped me with my love handles By Justin I really liked this book, It tells you why the atkins diet is so effective at burning off fat and tells you how to actually do the diet. It also gives you a meal guide which is great! Thank you so much for the book! It definitely helped me burn off some of those love handles.
