About the Author
G. E. Frazier, CHC, is a certified health coach and graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. He holds a BS in accounting from San Diego State University and was a tax accountant for forty-three years. Now, instead of researching tax law, he researches health and wellness. He practices in San Diego, where he lives with his loving wife, Melanie.
On November 17, 2011, Frazier was diagnosed with diabetes. However, refusing to accept that diagnosis, he discovered his true condition as “dawn phenomenon,” and cured his diabetes in nine weeks. This book chronicles his unusual nine week journey and shares what he has learned so that others can join the wellness revolution as well.

The author tell his story discovering he was diabetic. I recomend this book to all, especially those who are diabetic. The author gives great information for not living on sythentic drugs, but using more natural approach. Great reading , very interesting, you won't want to put it down

By apanjay A compelling and personal tale laced with wisdom that takes one through a process of questioning the institutional status quo as well as the practice of treating the "symptoms" of disease based on the theory that *disease causes poor health* when in reality it's the opposite, there's so much more to the picture in treating the patient as whole with the theory that *poor health causes disease* and we all don't fit into the same mold. G. E. Frazier has a remarkable ability to take complex research and distill from it what would be important and interesting for a lay audience. An immensely important book. Many health books can be dull and drone on with a spattering of useful or interesting chapters. Not so here. The entire span of this unauthorized autobiography of happiness and well being is fascinating and applicable to day-to-day life. Everyone should read The Dawn Phenomenon.

There are health books that are challenging to read, as they feel like a science textbook...as in dry and wordy. This book is entertaining, while at the same time incredibly educational and enlightening. If you are experiencing a diagnosis of diabetes, you need to read this book. If you are hoping to learn from someone else's journey so you don't have to get a diabetes diagnosis, you need to read this book. Mr. Frazier makes an excellent case for a plan that can take you from diabetes to super wellness in a lighthearted, yet profound and life-changing way.
