By Carol I’ve never been so concerned about insulin’s role for my health and the level of activities. I’ve discovered many interesting facts such as insulin resistance, its symptoms and some myths. The book is not only with nformative value but practical as well: all given recipes are healthy to solve some issues caused by insulin level. Nowadays, in our family we’ve got a habit to cook several recipes from this cookbook weekly.

Very Practical Advice By Lynnette Pagnini This book is a quick read with practical advice and eating plan the can fit into even the busiest persons' lifestyle/schedule. The recipes are basic but can be changed to your liking by following the easy eating rules. I am going to start the eating plan immediately.

Short but Priceless Advice By Joya Johnson As I've searched through many books looking for recipes for lowering insulin resistance , this book directly addressed the problem. It gave calorie counts too for a 5:2 plan that proves helpful too. I highly recommend it for a beginner on this path.
