About the Author Profile Daphne Groothuijse: writer of the book I Love Superfood Smoothies Since Daphne was a teen, she has been fascinated by a healthy diet. Since 2003 she has been working to boost her own health through diet, yoga and walking. For a long time Daphne believed that she was eating healthily, but nevertheless she could not get rid of her troubled skin. Until 2013, when she started a diet consisting of 80% raw fruits, vegetables and nuts, (whether or not in the form of smoothies). Only the remaining 20% comprised of cooked food. This brought a huge improvement in not just her feelings of overall health but in clearing up the issues with her skin. Daphne now uses superfoods mainly in smoothies, so she will absorb a lot of vitamins, minerals and other substances throughout her day. In this book, Daphne has expressed her love, creativity and passion for healthy food and her determination in sharing this valuable knowledge. Daphne researched and formulated the theoretical part of this book. In addition, together with Heleen, they made, the recipes for the superfood smoothies you will find in this book, each week and for many months. This was a pleasant and informative journey, which ultimately led to producing this valuable book.

Great Tasting Smoothie Recipies By DeJaan LaFleur I purchased this book, I Love Superfood Smoothies, in hopes that it will guide me in making better tasting fruits and vegetable smoothies, and I must say, I was not disappointed.The authors not only instructed me how to use perfect fruits and vegetable combinations for my smoothies but they also gave me information on what fruits and vegetables will stimulate the cleansing of the body, which will definitely help in my weight loss. There is also information for cleansing of the liver and blood which vegetable activates liver enzymes that filter toxins and purifies the blood, etc.Every day I am trying new combinations and I am enjoying it.I will do another review in 3 to 6 month as I am tracking my weight loss progress.I will recommend this book to everyone.

Reading this book, you will learn how to make healthy and delicious juice and foods easily and quickly. Moreover, I didn't know these ingredients could make these delicious juice and foods!I am a graphics designer and I spend lots of time in-front of computer. So it is really important for me to take the foods that reduce my tiredness and stress and protect me from disease. I think this is the book I needed for my health. Recipes for lots of amazing foods are here and the making procedures are well described with amazing pictures. And yes, I really like the pictures in this book.One of friends borrowed this book yesterday and she liked the book very much!! I’d happily recommend this book to my friends and family members.
