The book explains the concept of motivation. It has referenced some of the old classics like Think and grow rich by Napoleon Hill, and many others. These concepts might not be brand new, but what I like about this book is it helps readers put knowledge into action. At the end of each chapters, there is a little section called 'Mind trick to put into use'. It shows how to work these simple mind tricks into everyday life, to basically 'brainwash' yourself into achieving whatever it is that you set your mind to.

It gives plenty of motivation tips and tricks that will help everyone. If you can get motivated after reading this book then you aren't trying. I personally like the tapping method and the daily motivational ritual.
