It provides techniques and stimulating exercises for the brain. It also provides good ideas and tips for training the brain to stop the negative thinking and transform it to positive thinking . The second book in this bundle “Mind Control Over Negative Emotions And Thoughts” also focuses on showing the dangers of negative thinking and provides more tips to avert it. I really learned many good skills from these books that helped me to remember always that I can change any negative idea to a positive one and to train my mind to refuse negative thoughts all every time.
