Humphrey Especially in this time of Presidential political debate (Feb. 2016) I highly recommend this book. When hearing candidate's make promises and statements, it makes one wonder what their foundational belief's or worldview's really are. What is their most basic understanding of the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence? Dr. Anderson's book clearly asks what is "self-evident." If something is self-evident to a human it should be self-evident also to the candidates that want to represent us as a nation.To build "Unity" in a nation divided would be a very worthwhile approach for our future Commander in Chief. Please read this book for your own understanding and growth as a citizen and as a human. Even if the nation cannot seem to see what is clear, you as the reader will be able to see where modern western thought has failed.Dr. Anderson is a thoughtful scholar who has examined his and others presuppositions, please do yourself a favor and read this book.
