Eric very eloquently merges his vast experience as a Psychologist with in-depth knowledge of Spirituality and the Enneagram to provide a unique framework for navigating change and a model for understanding personal transformation. All captured in a novel, captivating and very engaging manner. As someone who is new to the Enneagram, but with a love of personal development and desire to deepen my own level of Spirituality, I found Essential Wholeness to be a a wonderful companion and guide. A highly recommended and enjoyable read.
