It seems as if they did a simple cursory internet search and included one or two paragraphs about what they discovered. Miller is listed as a "life coach" and shows no formal psychological education. If you really want a book that teaches you something, look for an author with credentials in the field.

Having known some people who have struggled with severe anxiety, I found this book to be a refreshing source of useful information. It teaches wonderful sleep and relaxation techniques which are wonderful for calming down. This book really opened up my eyes to new ways of overcoming anxiety.

Panic attacks is pretty common these days and by reading this book the cure is pretty easy. There are very simple solutions like aromatherapy, hynotherapy which helps the patient.
