Very useful book By Steven Morena “The biggest issue by far is that carbohydrates are Absolutely at the cornerstone of all our Major degenerative conditions.” this is a quote from the book. I love this book because it didn’t go straight to the recipes but started by defining the low carb diet and how it helps in weight loss. In chapter two I learned more about low carb diet as this chapter provides the frequently asked questions about low carb diet and their answers which makes information easier to understand. But I didn’t like that the nutrition facts of the recipes are not provided, I think it is mandatory in any diet recipes cookbook.

This book was really great, at first I am hesitant to read this book because I thought this book was the same books that I read before but I was wrong. It will help us understand on what low car diet really is and its health benefits. It will also guide us on how we can lose weight properly. Low Carb diet is one of those that made me successful in achieving my ideal weight! And. I’m looking forward to try all of the recipes given in this book.
