About the Author Author Alan West is a software engineer by day who lives with his wife, Lynae, in northwestern Montana. He loves to cook and embraced the challenge a few years ago to cook gluten-free/dairy-free after determining his wife was sensitive to gluten and dairy. He raised 3 boys who thank him for "becoming good" at cooking GF/DF. At the urging of his family, his handwritten recipes in a spiral notebook became this cookbook, his first published work.
