It almost made me jealous. I probably would have been if I hadn't met her myself. Anyway, she finally wrote this cookbook, and I have to say, it's full of good recipes. Lots and lots of comfort food, and family favorites.It's actually kinda fun to read too. It's not just recipes, but explanations, and the writing is fun. The idea of the book is that cave men would be interested in the chemistry of cooking, and that cooking is chemistry in action. I think a caveman would be interested in that kind of chemistry. I think anyone would be interested in that kind of chemistry.So if you want to buy a cookbook that can teach you about how to cook, this is a great choice. If you want a cookbook that can show you how to cook some old favorites, this is it. If you are looking for a cookbook that can inspire you. This is it.
