He actually competes in Kettle bell. I do not know how it works but his assistant told me. The book did get me interested in the style of exercise that is more complete than the standard machines I use now at the gym. The part that disappointed me was the limited exercises he offered with no pictures. I went to YouTube and watched some videos and they were much more comprehensive in their workouts than the five or six he offered in the book. I believe the authors intention was simply to get me to pick uo a bell. Beyond that, it was limited help.

Gerontakis A satisfying work out for every muscle in your body will certainly be achieved with the Kettlebell method. I read this book and was surprised at the ways in which this sort of exercise can do wonders for your body such as losing weight and promoting muscle and a lean silhouette.Very informative and nicely written. The author explains the reasons why waiting around to improve ones health can have a very negative result. I recommend this book to all!
