He has first hand knowledge of what it's like to overcome the challenges that disasters present. You will find proven and practical solutions to not only survive, but thrive during a disaster or emergency.The two main things I took away from this book is to always be prepared for any situation and plan ahead. The book discusses the importance of a Bug Out Bag. The Bug Out Bag carries all the essential items you will need for any type of disaster. The book is packed with all kinds of survival skills for every possible disaster or emergency that could occur.I enjoyed reading the book and found it helpful.

This is a great book written on a such very important topic to prevent trauma and loss of our loved ones or indeed ourselves. I have survived a couple of cyclones and thankfully I was always prepared, wireless radio, water, phone full charged etc BUT that did not count for my sliding door coming half way off the hinges and landing on my kids!!!! BE PREPARED, READ THIS BOOK AND TAKE ACTION!! It is for your sake!!

Good basic primer By Rain23 The practical considerations and safety advice for natural and man-made disasters is a good manageable intro to prepping, not just how but why, and attainable for those who aren't rich. If you've been prepping you know this stuff, but if you're just starting you can get up to speed with this little book fairly quickly. Few typos but nothing confusing, and the down to earth tone is refreshing.
