In this book Marcus provides very practical and doable exercises without cumbersome weights. I think its fantastic that he provides pictures for each exercise, so that those of us who don't know what each exercise looks like have an image of each before our eyes. This is a fantastic fitness and training manual

By Rhaenys Exercising is usually misconstrued by people, including me, and after reading this book; I realized it's not as hard as it seems. The book offers a lot of doable (easy) exercises that can be done by beginners and once comfortable, can be upgraded to more challenging ones. Highly recommended if you're trying to get fit. It's worth the read!
