All theseare vegetarian and look to be quite nutritious and healthy. I have just started tryingthem out, tried 3 of them so far namely the simple fried rice, okra curry with yogurtand one of the desserts and was pretty much satisfied with the taste and the resultsI got. The fact that they are all ayurvedic will also give you the satisfaction of eating somethinghealthy and nutritious.
