I get frozen when speaking in public, which is like a panic attack in a way. So I think the book can also be helpful for other people in addition to those with panic disorder. Bc the book is written so simply, it'll be easy for readers to reference it frequently.

Speaking from experience, I did not find exposure therapy effective, but this book is worth the read if you're working to reduce or eliminate panic in your life.
